6. Returns & Refunds

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unused condition with original packaging and invoice.

Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility (unless item is defective)
Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days after return verification
Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
