Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on the delivery location.
Delivery to remote areas may take additional time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order weight

Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified order value.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking ID will be sent to your registered email address.
You can use this tracking number to track your order status.

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Process

To initiate a return request, please contact us at mail4apples@gmail.com with your order number and issue details.

Once your return request is approved:

  • Return instructions and the shipping address will be provided

After the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued for eligible returns, such as items that are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Images of packaging

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error from our side.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever occurs first

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
